BYPAD-auditors are consultants, staff members from universities or institutes who know the cycling context of their country. After a qualitative training by the core consortium they will guide the cities and regions to implement BYPAD and to develop a BYPAD Action Plan.
More than 90 BYPAD auditors have been certified.
