The training took place from 3 to 4 May 2010 in Graz. Eight new auditors from Austria, Denmark, France, Sweden, Italy and Belgium were trained to become a BYPAD auditor. On the 5th of May a BYPAD networking meeting took place to exchange the experiences from existing and new auditors.

The aim of this 2 day training was to get to know the BYPAD methodology and tools to support towns, cities and regions increasing their cycling policy. After the training the BYPAD auditor are able to conduct BYPAD audits in towns, cities or regions.

BYPAD Austria Training in Salzburg

Within BYPAD Austria, a project supported by the Lebensministerium, a two day training for new BYPAD auditors was offerd by FGM-AMOR in cooperation with the Energieinstitut Vorarlberg. The training took place from 1 until 3 July 2009 in Salzburg. 14 new auditors were trained with the aim to learn the BYPAD method to support Austrians Cities, Regions and Towns in the evaluation and improvement of their cycling policy.
